Let's face it. We live in world that is desperate for love. Look at any TV newscast and you will see the tragedy of the human experience. Stop for a minute and ask yourself this simple questions- Does any anger, hatred, or violence have to be? If we search our hearts we will see that the answer is clearly no.
I grew up in Los Angles California. In many ways I have been lucky to be born where I was and when I was. My family has experienced it's share of joy and sadness. This last century is a clear sign with those who eyes to see that evil exists in the world. Where does it live- in the human mind and heart.
It's hard to imagine the world of my grandparents. My dad's father was born in 1898. In a world which in many ways was the same as today yet in real sense a whole different world. There is saying that there is nothing new under the sun. My Grandfather was born into world without TV, internet, telephones, and cellphone. He died in 1989 when computers where first coming into use. Being a ma who studied history in college I have often learned to have been born in a time like tht.
Your might be wondering why a guy like me you would rather prefer speaking to someone face to face I even writing a blog. The answer is simple- I want to give you a new look on life that I hope will give you the gift this world is in most need of today love.
Writing for me is not the easiest thing to do. I have learned recently that I am a visually learner. I will try to have pictures to make points and I promise you one things I will write as clearly and as simply as I know how. As humans we try to complicate everything. I ask you to try to make you lives simple. If all you do today is tell someone today that you love them you have started a fire that will burn forever. I close by saying that even if I never meet you in person know I love you.
